Located on the banks of the Shenandoah River, North Hill has a past stretching back thousands of years. From Native American settlements to Civil War Battles to 1920s socialites, take a family-friendy walk into history with VPHA.
The hike will be guided by professional interpreters, with stops to highlight different stories. The total distance is approximately 2 miles of rolling terrain and is a beginner level hike. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring plenty of water. Kids 10 and under are free.
